A.C. King, 58, of Folkston, passed away Tuesday July 1 at Shands Hospital in Jacksonville. He was born in Douglas, GA and had lived in Folkston for a number of years. He is the son of the late Ottis King and the late Virginia Willis.

He is survived by his wife: Cathy King and a son: Billy Joe King of Folkston; a brother: Dale King of Middleburg, FL; 2-sisters: Vicki Willis of Folkston and Lori King of Jacksonville, FL; Grandchildren: Jordan Xaivar King and Emma and Reagan King. He was preceded in death by his son: Jason O. King and a brother: Ottis Joe King.

The family will receive friends Thursday July 3 at Shepard Funeral Home in Folkston beginning at 4:00 PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday July 5 at Shepard Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 PM with burial in Trader's Hill Cemetery.
