Annie "Susie" Hand

Annie Mae “Susie” Hamilton Hand, 72, of Jacksonville, FL passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Trinity Hospice in Jacksonville, FL.  She was born October 5, 1948 in Summerville, GA.  She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Hand, Sr.; a son:  Robert “Robby” Lee Hand, Jr. and her parents:  Harvey and Carrie Hamilton.

She is survived by her son:  Michael Hand and grandchildren:  Joseph Hand and Whitney Hand and a number of great grandchildren.

A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, December 5 at 2:00 PM at Little Phoebe Cemetery in Folkston, GA.
