Anthony "Tony" Griffith

Anthony “Tony” B. Griffith, 55, of St. George, GA passed away Friday, May 18 in Brunswick, GA following a lengthy illness.  He was born November 23, 1962 in Jacksonville, FL.

He was preceded in death by his father:  Barry Griffith; a brother:  Reggie Griffith and a sister:  Sheila Coren.

He is survived by his children:  Kristen (Johnny) Dugger and Tony Griffith; his mother:  Wanda Smith; his step-father:  James “Junior” Smith; a grandchild:  Raylan Dugger; a sister:  Cheryl (Aubrey) Mapp; brothers:  Jackson (Kathy) Griffith and Kevin Griffith and nieces and nephews:  Lindsey Mapp, Camden Mapp and Sherri Henley.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 23 at Moniac Baptist Church at 11:00 AM with Rev. Matt Rouse officiating.  The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the church.  A private committal service will be held at a later date.
