It is with deep sorrow that we announce the tragic passing of Barbara Ann Miller, who left us too soon on June 12, 2025, alongside her beloved mother, Clara, in a devastating accident. Barbara's sudden departure has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of all who knew her. She was a devoted wife, cherished mother, adoring Nana, treasured sister, loving aunt, and a precious member of her community. Born on September 12, 1966, in Folkston, Georgia, Barbara was the loving daughter of the late Troy Laurel Guynn and Clara Nelson Guynn. She grew up in a close-knit family, carrying that warmth and dedication into every aspect of her life. Barbara built a beautiful life in Hilliard, Florida, where she was known for her unwavering kindness, infectious laughter, and generous spirit. She was the cornerstone of her family, offering boundless love, support, and a comforting presence to everyone around her. Her roles as a wife, mother, Nana, sister, and aunt were ones she embraced with every fiber of her being, leaving a legacy of deep love and cherished memories. Barbara was also a cherished member of the Harvest Church of Hilliard, where her faith and fellowship brought joy and comfort to many.
Barbara is survived by her devoted husband, James Lawrence Miller of Hilliard, Florida; her loving daughter, Winter Nicole Miller of Hilliard, Florida; her cherished son, James Dyllan Miller of Hilliard, Florida; and her adored grandchildren, Zadrean, Aaliyah, and Kayden. Barbara was the sister of; Patricia Haddock (Glenn) and Gerald Guynn (Daphne). She also leaves behind a wide circle of friends and extended family who were touched by her remarkable spirit.
Friends and family are invited to attend services for both Barbara Ann Miller and her mother, Clara Elizabeth Nelson Guynn. A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, at First Baptist Church of Boulougne in Hilliard FL. The funeral service will follow on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM also at First Baptist Church of Boulougne. The graveside service will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery in Hilliard with Pastor David Cubbedge officiating the burial. While we are heartbroken by her unexpected absence, we find comfort in the love they shared and the beautiful lives they lived. Barbara Ann Miller and Clara Elizabeth Nelson-Guynn will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
