Cameron Joseph Lee, 34, of Homeland, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026. He was born in Fernandina Beach, Florida, on May 30, 1992, to Robert Joseph Lee and Melissa Darlene Burch Lee.
Cameron was a joyful person who always had a smile on his face. He loved spending time outdoors, especially fishing and riding four-wheelers. Known for his playful personality, Cameron was a natural jokester who loved being goofy and making others laugh. He had a way of brightening the lives of those around him, and everyone who knew Cameron loved his kind heart, uplifting spirit, and infectious personality.
Cameron was saved and loved Jesus, and his faith was an important part of his life. He also had a passion for Nike clothing and shoes and was, as his loved ones would say, absolutely obsessed with them. His fun-loving personality, unique sense of style, and genuine love for others made him truly one of a kind.
Cameron will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Leroy Lee, Mary Lee and Bryan Weeks; and several cousins.
He is survived by his parents: Robert and Melissa Lee; sister: Tausha Lee; nephew: Dalton Lyons; niece: Kenniady Marr; great-niece: Journey Williams; maternal nana: Glenda Weeks; maternal grandpapa: Virgil Burch; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, October 12, 2026, in the chapel of Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the cancer society of your choice.
