Carmen Starling Burch, 57, of Callahan, FL, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025. She was born in Jacksonville, FL, on April 20, 1967, to the late Robert Starling and Deborah Brewer Starling.
She is survived by her loving husband of 20 years; Keith Adam Burch; brother-in-law: Kelly (Tammy) Burch; sister-in-law: Joye (Jamie) Roddenberry; niece: Rebecca Burch; nephew: Adam Davis; and uncle: Bill (Patty) Brewer.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
