Carrol Eugene Franklin, 76, of Hilliard, FL passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at First Baptist Church of Boulougne. A service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 25, 2025, at First Baptist Church of Boulougne with Pastor Paul Lucas officiating. Burial will follow at Pigeon Creek Cemetery.
