Connie Lou Nelson, 71, of Fernandina Beach, FL passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2025. She was born in Jacksonville, FL on March 21, 1954, to the late James Lewis Nelson and Faye Keene Nelson.
She is preceded in death by her parents: James Lewis Nelson, Faye Keene Nelson and Alene Nelson; sister: Norma Jean Baker; and brother: James (Jimmy) Nelson, Jr.; a nephew-in-law: Paul Alexander
She is survived by her brother: Allen (Elise) Nelson; nephews: Brian (Susan) Edenfield, Travis Baker, Corey Nelson, Carter Nelson and Connor Nelson; and nieces: Connie Renee Alexander, Ashley Nelson (Tripp) Warwick and Annalise Nelson; an uncle: Harvin (Kay) Carter and many friends in the Yulee area.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
