Connie "Dickie" Johnson

Connie Lee “Dickie” Johnson, 82, of Hilliard, FL, passed away at his residence following a lengthy illness.  He was born January 4, 1935 in Kent, FL to the late Warren Johnson and Nora “Dolly” Green Johnson.  He retired from Terminal Bag Factory and was a member of First Avenue Baptist Church in Hilliard.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son:  Robert L. Johnson; a grandson:  Scott Johnson and 9 siblings.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years:  Barbara Ann Lloyd Johnson; 3-sons:  Connie W. Johnson and his wife, Ann, Mark R. Johnson and his wife,Dawn, and Michael W. Johnson and his wife, Aimee; a sister:  Lori Witcher; 7-Grandchildren and 9-Great Grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and other realtives.
The family will receive friends Sunday, December 31 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home in Folkston, GA from 6-8 PM.  Funeral services will be held January 1, 2018 at 11:00 AM at First Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Darrell Vroman and Rev. Chuck Miles officiating.  Burial will follow in Conner-Green Cemetery.
