Cynthia Fontenot

Cynthia Jean Nichols Fontenot, 61, of Folkston, GA passed away Tuesday, November 23 in Jacksonville, FL.  She was born January 7, 1960 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Windel Gene Nichols, Sr. and Betty Jean Carter Nichols.  She is a 1979 graduate of Charlton County High School.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson:  Aiden Howard and a sister:  Debbie Cribb.

She is survived by her children:  Darrell Andrew Crews and Misty (Michael) Maddox; a sister:  Joy (Jimmy) Thompson; brother:  Windel Gene Nichols, Jr.; 7-grandchildren:  Easton Crew, Adaline Crews, Georgia Maddox, Kimberly Maddox, Chloe Howard, Mary Maddox and Jase Howard.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, December 4 at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home.
