David Allen Cowart

David A. Cowart of Folkston, GA passed away on July 10, 2025. He was born on October 29, 1962, in Savannah, GA to William L. and Shirley J. Cowart. David was the owner of Cowart Fencing for 40 years. He loved fishing and his family.

David was preceded in death by his father: William L. Cowart; his daughter: Casey Lynn Cowart; brother: Dale Cowart; and his loving partner: Virginia Soresen.

He is survived by his mother: Shirley Cowart; daughter: Ceaira (Aaron) Hutcherson of Yulee, FL; grandchildren: Eli and Audrey Hutcherson of Yulee, FL: brother: Robert (Kathie) Cowart of Folkston, GA; 2 sisters: Carolyn Walker of Folkston, GA and YoLaunda DeLoach (James Hoyt) of Amelia, FL; several nieces and nephews; and special family friend: Bobbie Lynn Buckley.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
