D.D. Delmas Daniel Smith

DD Delmas Daniel Smith, 36, of Homeland, GA, unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2024.

He and his twin sister, D.D. Diamond Danielle Smith were born in Jacksonville, FL on December 2, 1987, to his late Father Delmas Darrell Smith and Kathryn Nellie Young.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his Late Step Father Larry Young and his twin sister, D.D. Diamond Danielle Smith.

 He is survived by his wife, Yanti Smith, his 2 beautiful daughters, Nami Smith age 8 and Kayleen Smith age 6, along with 7 living siblings: Jennifer Kimble, Marti Kimble, Bobby Kimble, Darrell Smith, Katherleen Smith, Christina Barton, and Alexandra Barton, and his family David McCrary and Aunt Kay. His very special friend Dominique Wilson and a brother by heart Aaron Musgrove.

 Delmas loved being a landscaper, a skilled welder, and a jack of many trades including construction, car audio systems just to name a few. Many people called him Bubba, not just his family.

 Delmas cherished his family. He was one of many siblings, bound by shared memories and laughter. Their bond will be remembered, a testament to the love that they held for one another. Delmas was survived by his two beautiful daughters, who were the love of his life.

 Delmas was known and loved by many friends. He never met a stranger and loved helping people. He always had a big smile on his face, which changed many hearts. He will be missed very much.

 As we say our saddest Heartfelt goodbyes to Delmas (Bubba) Smith, please let us remember him for his humor, his kindness, and beautiful smile.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
