Della Alice Barnes O’Quinn, 70 of Hilliard, Florida passed away August 18, 2016, at Acosta Rua Center for Caring, Jacksonville, Florida. She was born March 13, 1946 in Crossville, Tennessee to Clarence and Geneva Barnes. She was a Life Member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and the American Legion Post #283.
Della is survived by her husband: Joseph Howard O’Quinn of Hilliard, Florida; a son: Joseph E. O’Quinn of Macclenny, Florida; one grandson: Virgil O’Quinn of Macclenny, Florida; three sisters and 3 brothers.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorialization by Cremation.
