Donovan Webb

Donovan Erskine Webb, 61, of Hilliard, FL passed away at his home September 17, 2025. He was born August 10, 1964 in Jacksonville, FL. He graduated from Hilliard High School and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1983-1987at duty stations Parris Island, SC, 29 Palms, CA, Camp Lejeune, NC and Camp Schwab, OK. In the Marine Corps, he was awarded the Rifle Marksman Badge, Good Conduct Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Meritorious Masts and the Korean Defense Service Medal. Donovan was deployed to the Philippines, Beirut and Korea. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hilliard, the American Legion and the Marine Corps League. He enjoyed volunteering at his church, and long drives visiting historical sites. Donovan was a hard worker and a strong man of faith who loved Jesus.

He is preceded in death by his father: Wiley E. Webb.

He is survived by his wife: Lamonta Webb; his mother: Patricia Webb; a brother: Kenneth (Michelle) Webb; numerous grandchildren and extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, September 20 at 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church of Hilliard with Pastor Ryan Mason officiating. Interment will be held at Jacksonville National Cemetery at a later date.
