Edna Woolard Lambert

Edna Woolard Lambert, 85, of Folkston, GA, passed away Tuesday, January 9 at her home.  She was born February 16, 1938 in Folkston, GA to the late Iron Edgar Woolard and Josephine Guinn Woolard.  She was of the Church of God of Prophecy Faith and loved the Lord. She was a meek and humble woman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children:  Robert Earl Lambert, Sr.; 3-children:  Michael Lambert, Cheryl Ann Farnell and Cathy Jean Lambert; her siblings:  J.C. Woolard, Inez Prockup, Jean Daniels and Dave Woolard and her life-long companion:  George Moncrief.

She is survived by her children:  Bobby Lambert, Glenda (Hal) Keene, Eddie (Alisa) Lambert, Delores (Greg) Lewis, Sheila (David) Crews and Troy Lambert; a sister:  Joann (Glen) Rowell; 35-grandchildren including Marsha Farnell who she helped raise; numerous great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will meet at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home at 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 11, 2024 and will begin receiving friends at 1:30 PM. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 11 at 2:00 PM at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home Chapel with Linda Sweat officiating. Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery.
