Ellery "Bubba" Davis, Jr.

Ellery "Bubba" Davis, Jr., 65, of Hilliard, FL passed away at his home Monday, May 11 following a brief illness. He was born November 20, 1960 to the late Ellery Davis, Sr. and Madeline Carol Pristas Davis. He retired in 2020 after 45 years of service to TTX Railroad. Bubba was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church of Hilliard.

He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years: Mary Ann Baxley Davis; his daughters: Hollie Marie(Joe) Owens and Shellie Lauren Davis (fiancé Jared Boyd); 2-grandchildren: Kayslie Boyd and Tate Boyd; a sister: Tammy (J.D.) Roberts; a brother: Billy (Jonie) Davis and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 17 at 5:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Hilliard with Pastor Ryan Mason officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 17 at the church beginning at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Hilliard.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Baptist Church of Hilliard Building Fund.
