Elwin Garrard Horne, 70, of Kingsland, GA passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2026. He was born in St. Marys, GA on April 3, 1956, to the late Howard Horne and Dolly Dyal Horne.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife: Juanita Horne.
He is survived by his son: Eric (Cheryl) Horne; daughter: Natasha Manning; grandchildren: Dillan (Bryanna) Manning, Peyton (Brooke) Horne, Victoria Manning, Emily Horne and Trevor Horne; great-granddaughter: Ellowynn Manning; and brothers: Durwood (Judy) Horne and Russell (Brenda) Horne.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
