Frances Nemeth Mixon

Frances Nemeth Mixon, 83, of Fernandina Beach, Florida passed away at her home on Monday, June 9, 2025. She was born in Folkston, Georgia on November 23, 1941, to the late Frank Nemeth and Susan Enyedy Nemeth.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of almost 63 years: James Curtis Mixon, Sr.; her children: Curtis (Kim) Mixon and Jewel Mixon; grandchildren: Ashley (Dylan) Dohrn, Lauren Mixon, Thomas (Kristin) Stolte, Derek Stolte, Nathan Stolte and Christian Mixon; and great-grandchild: Bennett Dohrn.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 13, 2025, at Victory Baptist Church with Bro. Eddie Story and Bro. Tim King officiating. Burial will follow at Homeland Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
