George "Tudy" William Hamilton Sr.

George “Tudy” William Hamilton Sr., 80, of Hilliard, FL passed away on Thursday, June 04, 2026. He was born in Menlo, GA on October 07, 1945, to the late Harvey and Carrie Hamilton. George proudly served his country in the United States Army and was a retired logger. He loved to fish, work in his garden, and work on his farm with all of his livestock.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years: Sharon Lynn Hamilton of Hilliard; two sons and daughters-in-law: George William Hamilton Jr. (Tracey) of Hilliard and Anthony Scott Hamilton Sr. (Melinda) of Hilliard; two grandchildren: Anthony Scott Hamilton Jr. of Hilliard and Madison Padgett (Jacob) of Hilliard; three great-grandchildren: Tucker Padgett, Hadlee Padgett, and Haislee Padgett all of Hilliard.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 08, 2026, at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home with Rev. Kyle Davis officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Little Phoebe Cemetery.
