Jeanie Postlewaite Miller

Jeanie Postlewaite Miller, age 95, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2026.

Jeanie was born on August 7, 1931, in Niles, Michigan, to the late Loren Carmen Postlewaite and Marie Viola Mitchell Postlewaite. She graduated from Plymouth High School in Plymouth, Indiana.

Jeanie and her husband, Richard, were longtime residents of the Tyner/Lapaz, IN communities. After their children were grown, they lived in Florida before settling in Hilliard, Florida, in 2012. Jeanie returned to Plymouth in 2023. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Boulogne and enjoyed traveling, especially when accompanied by her family.

In addition to her parents and husband, Jeanie was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy Simon (Gene Simon).

She is survived by her loving children, Vickie Hunter, Jon Miller, and Patricia Alwine (Kenny); her sisters, Sandra Mulberry and Judy (Virgil); nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren, all of whom will cherish her memory.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on October 5, 2026, at Oakwood Cemetery in Hilliard. Interment will follow.

A luncheon for family and friends will be served at First Baptist Church of Boulogne following the service.

Jeanie will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.
