Jessie Mae (Mizell) Burch, 86, of Folkston, GA passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2023. She was born in Folkston, GA on December 25, 1936 to the late Jack Mizell and Nola Carter Mizell Crews. Jessie was of the Holiness Faith.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother; Tommy Mizell, and a sister; Laura Mizell Warren.
She is survived by her 3-children; Barbara (Michael) Nettles, Jay Wayne Burch and James Edward Burch, 2-sisters; Juanita Mock and Ruth O’Quinn, 4-grandchildren and 5-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Sardis Cemetery with Rev. R.B. Gaskins officiating.
