Josie Elizabeth Drury

Josie "Jo" Elizabeth Drury, 82, of Hilliard, FL passed away Monday, August 24, 2026 at the Warner Center for Caring in Fernandina Beach, FL.  She was born July 18, 1944 in Waycross, GA to the late Dewey B. Carter and Mary Elizabeth Clark.  She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Boulougne where she enjoyed singing and being a cast member in the Easter production of "The Lamb".

She was preceded in death by her husbands:  Bob Knowles and Bo Drury; 3-sisters:  Onnie, Bertha Mae, Annie Mae and Gertrude.

She is survived by her children:  Paula White (Terry), Robbie Young (John), Angela Bruce (Mark), Bobby Knowles (Karen) and Terri Crews (Wayne); 2-sisters:  Helen and Glenda and a brother:  Arthur and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
