Kenneth Lamar Petty, 61, of Folkston, GA, passed away at his home on Saturday, November 18, 2023. He was born in Folkston, GA on May 17, 1962 to the late William Petty and Lou Mae Todd Strickland. Kenneth loved to shoot pool in his spare time.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother; Tim Petty.
He is survived by his significant other; Fonda Henderson, his children; Kenneth Dwayne (Dawn) Petty, Brian (Marbella) Petty, Whittney (Corey) Lloyd, and Felicia Henderson, 11-grandchildren; Cameron Petty, Callie Petty, Carlie Petty, Kenzlee Petty, Ellee Mae Petty, Merle Petty, Bennett Petty, Aaliyah Lloyd, Legend Lloyd, Briley Henderson, and Chasity Burkhalter, 2-brothers; Ron (Gayle) Petty and Robert (Candy) Petty, and a sister; Cheryl Heath.
A service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home with Pastor Cliff Adams officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Sand Hill Cemetery.
