Linda Gail Lloyd Brown

Linda Gail Lloyd Brown, 73, of Eastman, Georgia passed away at her home on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. She was born in Waycross, Georgia on May 25, 1951, to the late John Rufus Lloyd, Sr. and Winnie Mae Guinn Lloyd. Linda volunteered for many years with Navy Relief, Pink Ladies, Habitat for Humanity, coaching, and being team mom. She worked in the food service industry and enjoyed working with her husband on different businesses. When not working or volunteering, Linda loved bowling, going on short hikes, junking, and going to the Senior Center.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister: Hazel Wise; and 5-brothers: Carl Lloyd, George Lloyd, Glynn Lloyd, Ronald Lloyd, and John Lloyd, Jr.

She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years: Kelvin Kelly Brown; daughter: Stephanie Lynn (Geoff) Billington; 2 sons: Martin Corey (Holly) Brown and Garrett Kelly (Emmie) Brown; sister: Judy Dixon; 5 grandchildren: Julia, Ezra, Jacob, Caleb and Peyton; 4 great-grandchildren: Katelyn, Patrick, Rhett and Wyatt; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Homeland Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Steve Baker, Jacob Brown, Caleb Billington, Ronnie Lloyd, Bobby Lloyd, Eric Tippins and Ezra Whittington.
