Linda Harris

Linda Diane Bryant Harris, 71, of Jacksonville, FL passed away July 21, 2018 at her residence following a lengthy illness.  She was born in Folkston, GA March 24, 1947 to the late James I. Bryant and Lois Hazel Chesser Bryant.  She was a graduate of Charlton County High School Class of 1965 where she was Homecoming Queen.  She retired in 2005 from Prudential Insurance after 40 years of service.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years:  Tommy Harris; 2-daughters:  Kimberly Guthrie and her husband, David and Christina Harris; a grandson:  David Guthrie; 2-brothers:  Jimmy Bryant and his wife, Linda and Tommy Bryant and his wife, Patricia and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 25 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Trader’s Hill Cemetery.
