Mannin Lester Griffin, Sr.

Mannin Lester Griffin, Sr., 75, of Folkston, GA passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022. He was born in Hoboken, GA on September 15, 1947 to the late Noah Griffin and Bera McDonald Griffin. Mannin loved to fish, watch westerns on television, racing and supporting his grandson in racing.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother; Jack Griffin, and a sister; JoAnn Sword.

He is survived by his children; Lester (Lacy) Griffin, Amanda (C.J.) Thrasher, and June Marquez, special friend and mother of Lester and Amanda; Vanessa Danford, a grandson; Gage Griffin, brothers; Ray (Emma Lou) Griffin and David (Karen) Griffin, sister; Hazel Thrift, and sister-in-law; Betty Griffin.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm – 8:00pm on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to your church or other local charity in memory of Mannin.
