Marcella Conner

Marcella Yvonne Thacker Conner, 70, passed away December 13 in Kingwood, Texas.  She was born November 4, 1947 in Fort Worth, Texas to the late David Marcellus Thacker and Evelyn Yvonne Glover Thacker.  She retired from FNB South following a number of years of faithful service.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband:  Charles Kenneth Conner; a step-daughter:  Marie Fuentes; 1-Brother:  Paul Thacker; 2-brothers-in-law:  Dewayne Conner and Horace Conner and a sister-in-law:  Nora Taylor.
She is survived by her son:  David Conner and his wife Sue; 2-Step-Children:  James Conner and Vickie Hillegass and her husband, Troy; 1-Brother:  Gary Thacker and his wife, Phyllis; 2-Sisters:  Janice McCoy and her husband, Bill and Karen Bode and her husband Phil; 2-Sisters-In-Law:  Mae Conner and Brenda Conner and her husband, Chris; 2-Brothers-In-Law:  Chris Conner and Don Conner; 9-Grandchildren:  Christian Conner, Madison Slocum, Chelsea Slocum, Nolan Hillegass, Paden Hillegass, Jonathan Conner, Krystal Conner, Silver Fuentes and Ethyl Fuentes; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family will receive friends Sunday, December 17 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home from 6-8 PM.  Funeral services will be held Monday, December 18 at 11:00 AM in the Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Carl Taylor officiating.  Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery.
