Marion Lincoln “M.L.” Willis, Jr., 74, of Hilliard, FL passed away Friday, February 16, 2024 in Fernandina Beach, FL.  He was born February 1, 1950 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Marion Lincoln Willis, Sr. and Betty Virginia Hatcher Willis.  

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife:  Hope Svendsen Willis and a sister:  Delores Holland.

M.L. is survived by his children:  Charleen (Jeremy) Whittemore, Josh (Leslie) Willis and Matt Svendsen; 6-grandchildren:  Macy Whittemore, Colbitt Willis, Chaly Whittemore, Emily Willis, Grady Whittemore, Maddison Willis; a sister:  Fay (Doc) Green and a number of nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, March 1, 2024 at 6:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Callahan.  The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the church.

Memorialization will be by cremation.

 Condolences may be expressed by signing the guest registry at www.shepardrobersonfh.com.  Arrangements are under the direction of Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home, 526 Oakwood Street, Folkston, GA 31537.
