Melvin R. Pritchard, 59, of Hilliard, passed away Friday January 25 in Jacksonville following a lengthy illness. He was a United States Navy Veteran. He was preceded in death by his son: Matthew Pritchard and his parents: Marcus Melvin Pritchard and Margaret Annie Glatt Didone.
He is survived by his wife: Rose Pritchard; 2-Children: Christy Hall and JD Hilton; and 2-Grandchildren: Chasity and Trinity Hall all of Hilliard, FL; and 3-Sisters: Doris Holton of Jacksonville, FL, Sandra Vicker of Callahan, FL, and Patricia Daniels of Hilliard, FL..
The family will receive friends Monday January 28 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday January 29 at 1:00 PM at Oakwood Cemetery with Rev. Danny Mallard officiating.
