Mildred Eugenia Boutwell, 88, of Hilliard, FL passed away December 11, 2024 in Jacksonville, FL. She was born February 24, 1936 in Hilliard, FL. She was a homemaker and a member of River Road Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Frank Rowe and Harley & Minnie Rowe; a step-daughter; a sister: Lillian Rowe and 3-brothers: Robert Lee Rowe, Marvin Eugene Rowe and Arthur Lee Rowe.
She is survived by her son: Dave Boutwell; 3-step-daughters; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
A celebration of life service will be held Monday, December 16 at 2:00 PM at River Road Baptist Church with Pastors Hal McIntosh and Benji Loyd officiating. Memorialization will be by cremation.
