Roger Heaton

July 24, 1950 — May 22, 2021

Clarence Roger (Outlaw) Heaton, 70, of Folkston, GA passed away at his home May 22, 2021.  He was born July 24, 1950 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Clarence J. Outlaw and Anne Sapp Outlaw and later adopted by the late Roy Heaton and Margaret Heaton.  He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps.  Following his military service, he owned his own electrical business, Heaton Electric.  He was a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans serving at a Lieutenant Commander.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother:  Carl Outlaw and a sister:  Angela Heaton.

He is survived by his wife:  Robin Heaton; his sister:  Cheri Taylor and Chyra Batts and a number of nieces and nephews.

A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday, May 29 at 11:00 AM at Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Marys, GA with military honors.
