Shirley Merrell O'Conner Pinkney, 55 of Folkston passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2007. Born to Patrick and Elsie Wright O'Conner on August 25, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois she had been a resident of Folkston for the past seven years. She was loved and will be missed by all her children, and family.
Survivors include: 2 Daughters: Barbara White and Patty Hughlon, both of Folkston.
6 Sons: Mike Hughlon of Savannah, Ga.; David Hughlon of Hoboken, Ga.; Jimmy Hughlon of Jacksonville, Fl.;Samuel Hughlon of Jacksonville, Fl.; Bernard Hughlon of Jacksonville, Fl.; Raymond Corneil of Pearson, Ga.;
Many Brothers and Sisters; 12 Grandchildren and 2 Great-grands.
The family received friends, Saturday, August 18, 2007 from 6 until 8 PM at the funeral home. A Graveside service was held, Sunday, August 19, 2007 at 3:00 in Homeland Cemetery with the Rev. Ricky Knox officiating.
Shepard Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
