Thomas Howard Buchanan

Thomas Howard Buchanan, 75, of Folkston, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, March 14, 2023. He was born in Sharon, Pennsylvania on July 4, 1947 to the late Hugh Buchanan and Phyllis Jean McClimans Buchanan. He attended the Folkston Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years; Pamela Buchanan, 3-children; James Russell Buchanan of Rome, GA, Bridget Maria Lindsey of Folkston, GA, and Jessica Ann (Joseph) Martin of Woodbine, GA, sister; Pamela (Jeffrey) Hicks of Hilliard, FL, brother; Wray (Janell) Buchanan of Waycross, GA , 7 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home with Rev. Robbie Paulk, Bro. Tommy Griffin, Bro. Rob Gillis, and Bro. Randy Sapp officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorialization will be by cremation.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
