William “Louie” Barnhart, 60, of Hilliard, passed away suddenly at his home due to a tragic accident on November 29, 2009. He was born and raised in Sandusky, Ohio. He was a Vietnam Era Vet serving in the US Navy. He was preceded in death by his father: Ralph Barnhart, Sr.; a sister: Deloris Jean Barnhart and a brother: Alvin Davis Barnhart.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years: Lynne Barnhart; his mother and step father: Flora and George Hovatter; 2-Brothers: Ralph (Jeannie) Barnhart, Jr., and Gary Barnhart; a mother-in-law: Lorena Wilber; a niece: Brenda Elder and a great niece: Brittney Elder; and his loving dog: Harley. Louie never met a stranger and leaves behind countless inlaws and friends to mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends Friday December 4 at Shepard Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday December 5 at 1:00 PM at the Shepard Funeral Home Chapel.
