Wylene Swindells

Wylene Swindells, 78, of Folkston, GA passed away at her home Sunday, August 8, 2021. She was born April 12, 1943 in Alexander City, AL to the late Floyd and Bovane Craft Story.  She was a member of the Local Moose and Elks Lodges in Jacksonville and was a member of Bethany Episcopal Church in Hilliard, FL.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband:  James Swindells; a son:  Jason Swindells and a brother:  Jerry Story.

She is survived by her children:  Martin Swindells, Raylene (Douglas) Bailey, Julia (Kenneth) Williams, Rochele Ford and Tracey (James) Scully; a sister:  Wynona Saddler; 2-brothers:  Thomas Story and John Story; 12-grandchildren and 9-great grandchildren

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, August 13 at noon at Bethany Episcopal Church in Hilliard, FL with Father Peter Corbin officiating.

Due to Covid-19, the family would like to ask all attendees to please follow the rules of social distancing and face masks are recommended at the service.  Also, anyone that does not feel comfortable with attending the service, the family would like you to know they understand and covet your prayers.
